My name is Larry  and I am a Memphis customer.  I had a break in two weeks ago and decided I need to enhance my system and Steve came out to work on that with us.  What a great guy.  He listened to my concerns and looked at everything.  He made suggestions on what he thought should be done and very much attempted to understand where I was coming from while not trying to sell me more than what was necessary.  Couldn’t have asked for anything more on the mark.  He even strategically put all the stickers on the windows for us as there were never any put in place.  You have a great representative in him and I wanted to make sure that got recognized by me.  Thanks very much for sending him out.  Anyone asks I will certainly recommend you guys given his visit today.  Thanks much.
