Fifteen Alarms offers a variety of home security monitoring plans — all of which can be customized to meet your specific needs. Here are our three base packages:
LANDLINE SERVICE PLAN
As the name implies, our Landline Plan operates through your landline. We can connect to your landline to monitor security devices throughout your home (including door sensors, window sensors, etc.). We also include fire and environment protection services (by monitoring your fire alarms and carbon monoxide detector). Again, we can retrofit your current security system to our Landline coverage, if you’d like. Or, we can install a new system to provide protection. Our Landline Plans start at $15 per month.
WIRELESS SECURITY PLAN
Like our Landline Plan, our Wireless Plan provides nonstop monitoring of sensors, your fire alarms, and your carbon monoxide detector. However, monitoring is provided through a wireless network, so no landline is necessary for set-up. Plus, you’ll unlock remote access to your system, and you’ll be able to control and monitor your home through our mobile app. Our Wireless Plans start at $25 per month.
SMART HOME PLAN
Gain control over the security and comfort of your home with our Smart Home Plan. On top of all the features that we offer in our Wireless Plan, you’ll be able to use our app to access remote video surveillance, two-way voice communication at your front door, remote lock control, remote light activation, and remote climate control for your home. You’ll have complete control over the systems of your home, and you can rest assured that it is secure and well-monitored. Take note, there is an additional cost for equipment installation and programming for components installed above and beyond our traditional security plans. The Smart Home Plan starts at $35 per month.

Contract-free plans: Here at Fifteen Alarms, we don’t believe in tying you into a long-term contract. Simply sign up and opt out as you’d like, you’ll always pay month-to-month with Fifteen Alarms.
Use your existing security system: Unlike other security monitoring providers out there, we can provide monitoring for your current security system, regardless of your previous provider and the manufacturer of your security system.
Installs as well as surveillance: Fifteen Alarms does it all. From the initial install to continual monitoring, you can trust that we’ll have your back throughout the whole process.
Intrusion monitoring: Protecting your home is your greatest priority, which is why we make it our greatest priority. We provide 24/7 intrusion monitoring, and we’ll respond immediately if anything should happen on our watch.
Video doorbell: Wouldn’t you like to see who’s at the door, even while you’re away? With our video doorbell, you can view a live camera at your doorstep. Plus, you can communicate with whomever is at your doorstep. If you have a remote lock, you can even let them into your home.
Fire and smoke protection: We want your home to be safe, as well as secure. We’ll integrate your smoke detectors into our monitoring services, so that we can act swiftly, should the worst happen.
Carbon monoxide monitoring: Carbon monoxide is liable to build up in your home without warning. We can link a carbon monoxide detector into our monitoring network to protect you from this dangerous gas.
Remote system access: Our app enables remote access to your security system, so that you can monitor your system yourself, as well as control its components.
Secure video surveillance: Install cameras for added protection. We can monitor security cameras throughout your property, and you can remotely access any installed cameras.
