1997
BIRTH
NCA was launched in December 1997 with the concept of offering great full-service security at the most affordable price with no long-term contract. NCA launched this novel, industry changing, campaign in the Middle Tennessee area to much rejoicing from customers.
2005
GROWTH
NCA USA was created to take the NCA model to the rest of Tennessee and beyond. NCA USA hit the road with an initial launch into Memphis, TN then expanded into Mississippi and Alabama. With its focus on high quality customer care and the most affordable pricing in the home security industry, the business has been very well received and continues to be one of the fastest growing alarm companies in the market.
2008
INNOVATION
As the market for traditional home telephone service began its dramatic decline, NCA USA began focusing on the cellular wireless home security monitoring market by partnering with Telguard and other interactive dialer providers. As technology began to be more affordable and able to be applied universally to any system, NCA USA committed to be on the leading edge of products and applications.
2014
NEW APPROACH
In the spring of 2014, NCA USA launched a company-wide rebrand to better coincide with the vision and values of the company. On September 1, 2014, NCA USA officially changed its name to Fifteen Alarms. While we remain committed to offering the lowest price point in the marketplace, Fifteen Alarms also emphasizes the latest technology offerings for residences and businesses. We proudly serve Memphis and surrounding areas.
